Anybody that wants to play, as long as you just want to have fun.
How much
$14 walking, $20 riding, $1 discount if you pay cash and $3 when you hand in your score card.
Thursday LeaguE DETAILS
We play every Thursday when the course isn’t closed. Mainly we play to have fun and enjoy ourselves. And you don’t have to play every week. This way you will not lose out on any membership fees, because you only pay when you play. Two of the three dollars go to the winners of the round. One dollar goes to the winner of the event. The winners are chosen by randomly putting everybody’s name in a hat then drawing them out and matching them with another player. Then you add the scores of the two players together and whatever team has the lowest scores wins. The event is something different each week. It could be closest to the pin, longest drive, fewest putts, etc. You will find the event on the Thursday League clipboard.
There is also a voluntary $1.00 chip in pot that is located with the attendant. Put your dollar in and write your name on the slip and secure your chance to win.
We don’t discriminate either. We let whoever wants to play, play. As stated there are several women and high school students playing in our league. You also do not even have to be the best golfer to win. If you get paired with the right person you too, can win.
So if you want to have some fun and enjoy golfing come on out and play, the more the merrier.
